We offer refunds only in the case of defective products. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide us with details of the product and the defect. We will investigate the issue and provide you with instructions on how to return the product for a refund or exchange.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
