Refund & Exchange Guidelines
You can choose to cancel your order by our following return policies:
To Cancel Your Order, Get A Refund Or Exchange For Damaged Goods:
STEP 1: Filling and Submitting the Cancellation Documentation
Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com
to notify them about the cancellation so we can send you the order cancellation form by email. Complete the order Cancellation Form and send it back to us via email.
Please obtain and keep proof of the receipt and parcel information.
STEP 2: Refund & Exchange Process
If you choose a refund for the cancelled order, we will process the refund within 14 working days from receiving your order. You will receive an email notification once we have processed the refund.
If you have requested a replacement or exchange for a damaged goods or incorrect delivery, we will process it within 14 working days and will be delivered to your standard delivery location.
Returns Policy & Procedure:
We hope that you are satisfied with your order, but if you are not pleased and wish to cancel your order, you can only cancel for a refund before we dispatch your order.
You can use the cancellation form to cancel your order. In the case that the items listed on the dispatch note do not match your delivery note, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If the items you received are damaged in any way, or incorrect to your order we will be delighted to exchange the items or offer you a refund. In such case, please notify us immediately by emailing our customer service team at email@example.com Please ensure that you provide us with the order number and keep the packing material and the damaged goods for inspection. Note that this is only applicable to orders online and will not be accepted for return or exchange at our retail locations. This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer.
